Dean Myton is the Director of Residential Development for Cedarwood Development, Inc.

With over 20 years' experience, he brings knowledge and experience to residential and multifamily development. With most of our sites, there are significant natural or political barriers to entry.

Dean has had involvement in the development, acquisition and renovation of over 12,000 existing apartment units and the development and construction of more than 2400 new units.
