The Cedarwood Companies,
including Cedarwood Program Development, Cedarwood Architectural and Tri-C
Construction, were selected by Q The Sports Club because of our unique
ability to implement a vertically integrated program in a cost-effective,
timely and seamless manner. In all, more than 20 of these state-of-the-art
facilities have been built in Arizona, Florida, Nevada, Texas and
Tennessee to date. This program demonstrates our ability to accommodate
expansion of any size, geographical distribution and complexity.

These 47,000 square-foot clubs
include a dramatic, two-story, sky-lit atrium lobby; a 25-meter, five-lane
lap pool; whirlpool; steam and sauna rooms; aerobics rooms; exercise areas
with over 300 pieces of equipment; extensive locker and shower areas; and
a unique Q 4 Kids facility.
